At MRG MMA, our Kids & Teens Martial Arts Program in Los Angeles is designed to help young students build confidence, discipline, physical fitness, and practical self-defense skills in a safe and structured environment.

Our youth program combines elements of Moorimdo, MMA, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu, giving students a well-rounded foundation in both striking and grappling. What Students Learn in Our Kids & Teens Martial Arts Classes

Muay Thai & Striking Fundamentals

Students learn the fundamentals of striking including punches, kicks, knees, and defensive movements. Our instructors emphasize proper technique, balance, and coordination through structured drills and partner training. These classes help students develop confidence, athletic ability, and controlled power while maintaining a safe and respectful training environment.

Jiu-Jitsu & Grappling

We teach students how to control an opponent using leverage and technique rather than strength. Training includes takedowns, positional control, escapes, and submissions, while incorporating elements of jiu jitsu, wrestling, and judo to create a complete grappling foundation.
